Prepare and water your lawn

Keep the installation area well maintained, with grass trimmed and debris cleared before setup. Water the area thoroughly in the days leading up to your event and again the evening before our team arrives. The soil must be soft enough to insert stakes securely without damaging them. Finish mowing before installation, and pause mowing and edging until we collect the display.

Leave all signs exactly where we place them (This includes the Company Business Sign)

Do not move, remove, or rearrange any part of the display — including the Houston Area Yard Greetings business sign. All signs and stakes must remain in their installed positions until our team collects them. If an adjustment is needed, contact us so we can handle it. If Any Sign is moved a min. $50 per stake will be applied

Provide gate access and clear the front of the home

If a gate code is needed, you must provide a working code when booking. Arrange any additional entry permissions before our arrival. The property must be accessible for setup and pickup. Move vehicles away from directly in front of the home before setup, and keep the entrance, access path, and installation area clear.
