Congratulations / Graduation Yard Greetings

It's very simple and easy to use. Just follow the steps to complete your booking, Once booked make sure the yard is watered well each day up until the day of the event. Sprinklers MUST be turned off while the sign is in place (failure to do so may result in the sign being damaged, and an additional charge will be applied.), We setup late in the evening the night before the Event date, and will typically retrieve the sign the morning after the event, within the timeframe specified at booking. 

We monitor weather closely and will contact you as soon as possible if conditions may affect your installation or pickup. In severe weather, we may need to install earlier, delay, or reschedule for your display's safety and the safety of your lawn. We'll communicate any changes directly with you.  The only thing that may prevent a setup is Heavy Winds, otherwise we Install RAIN/SLEET/SNOW OR ICE! We Strive to make every celebration Unforgettable!

You'll receive a confirmation when your booking is placed. We'll also reach out ahead of your installation date to confirm timing and any last-minute details, as well as remind you to water the yard. For updates or changes, including weather-related adjustments, we'll contact you via the phone number or email on file.

Some homeowners associations have rules about temporary lawn displays. Please check your community's rules before booking to see whether yard greetings are permitted.

We'll return to remove your yard greeting within the timeframe specified at booking, typically the morning after your event. If you need an earlier or later pickup, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Extra days may be added any time before pickup. Please contact us before your scheduled pickup time to arrange them.

We typically start our route between 8:30pm and 9:30pm depending on how heavy the night may be. We 1st start with our pickups then begin the setups. Setup time on your order will depend on the route and where you are located. so there is no exact time frame we can guarantee, except that it will be there before the sun rises, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us that evening for a more exact time

1. Water your grass to make setup easier. THIS IS NO NEGIOTABLE, Unwatered grass may damage stakes, delaying setup. We will have to wait till the grass has been watered and only partial refund may be applied to cover travel cost and wasted time.  2. Avoid mowing the lawn on the day of or before setup. Compacted ground makes stake insertion difficult, possibly leading to rescheduling without refunds.

NO, DO NOT move the yard sign after setup. If you need it relocated, or picked up early,  CALL US. Specify the location before setup day to avoid inconvenience. Moving the sign WILL incur a fee (minimum $25 Per Stake) for damages.

Yard signs are rented for 24 hours. We typically pick up the signs the morning after your celebration, within the timeframe specified at booking. If you need extra days, you can add them during checkout or at any time before pickup; please call or text us before your scheduled pickup time so we can help accommodate.

Yes, payment is required to reserve your slot. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is made.

Yes you can, Extra Days must be added before hand, but the sign can be kept for as long as you desire if those days and booked and paid for ahead of time. The signs are rented for 24hrs and will be placed late in the evening the night before your event date and picked up the next day. (We offer 1 extra day, 3 extra days and 1 full week options)

Each Setup comes with the Greeting you choose, a name and age are optional but can be included. Balloons, Gifts, Cakes/Cupcakes, Emoji's and extra flair such as stars will also be included. If you have specific needs please call or email me to inquire if they can be accommodated. Somethings may need to be ordered and that can be done for an additional cost. We also have an "Add-On" section just before Checkout with additions you can add to your Yard card as well.

Each sign comes in multiple pieces it is not just 1 piece so sizes vary but the min size of the sign is 12'-15' FT across. The sign can very easily take up the whole yard, so if you have a smaller yard we can accommodate smaller signs as well.
