Customer Acknowledgement & Agreement

You agree to thoroughly water the installation area prior to the scheduled delivery to ensure proper ground conditions for safe and effective sign placement.

Dry, hard, or unsuitable ground conditions may prevent proper installation. If installation cannot be completed due to these conditions, only a partial refund may be issued to cover time and travel costs.

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled installation may be subject to partial or no refund.

Do not move, alter, or tamper with the signs once installed. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged for any unauthorized movement or alterations.

Suspend all lawn care services (mowing, edging, landscaping, etc.) during the rental period. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $50 fee, plus the cost of any damage to the signage.

You accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of signage while it is on your property and agree to cover all repair or replacement costs.

Confirm that the installation area is accessible and free of obstacles — including sprinklers, pet waste, debris, or locked gates — and safe for our team to complete installation.
